The Services are provided solely for educational and informational purposes to help users expand their knowledge in the low-voltage field. LVP does not provide professional, engineering, legal, permitting, or code-compliance advice. You are solely responsible for verifying all results, designs, plans, and assumptions.

3) Accuracy Disclaimers

• No Guarantee of Accuracy. LVP does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, calculators, practice tests, tools, outputs, or results, whether free or premium.
• Practice Tests. Practice tests, question banks, and examples are illustrative and provided solely as study aids. They are not guarantees or representations of actual exam content, format, or passing requirements.
• User Responsibility. You must conduct your own due diligence, verify calculations, and confirm compliance with all applicable standards, manufacturer instructions, local codes, laws, regulations, licensure requirements, and AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) guidance.

4) Codes, Laws, and Compliance

You are solely responsible for researching and complying with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws, regulations, building codes, and permitting requirements, as well as manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

5) Third-Party & Affiliation Notice

LVP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body, standards organization, manufacturer, distributor, or other entity in the low-voltage industry. Any references to third-party names, trademarks, or products are for identification only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

6) Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, software, and design elements, are owned by LVP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes only and must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted in writing by LVP.

7) Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks.
• Do not upload or transmit malicious code.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download, or misuse the Services in ways that burden our infrastructure.

8) Subscriptions, Billing & Refund Policy SALES ARE FINAL

• Recurring Billing. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize LVP (and our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for cancellations made before the end of a billing cycle.
• No Partial Refunds. We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations or partial months used.
• Sales Final. All sales are final. If you believe there was an error during signup or billing, you may contact us via the Contact Us page.

9) Warranty Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVP and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, LVP is not liable for any damages, financial loss, property damage, personal injury, code violations, or failed inspections resulting from the use of any tools, calculators, or outputs.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LVP and its agents from and against any claims, liabilities, or losses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12) Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Provisions intended to survive termination (including liability disclaimers) will continue in effect.

14) Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LVP regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
